At Tata Harper Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our high-performance botanical products. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns on new or gently used items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our green beauty team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
